Hi,

As said in the subject,

I unplugged the USB multiple times, tried two different PC's, updated Nvidia driver.
I tried to unpair the controllers but I am not able to do so, the "Remove Device" button is grayed out.

This is horrendous, help please!

Hi,

  • I haven't used the Rift S for about 4 months, while trying it for the first time since on two PC's I couldn't make it work.
  • The Right controller and the left controller, are both showing up as paired. Also both reacting when I press the buttons, but not when I move the hands.
  • There is no error message. I can see the controllers with the headset close to one another and reacting to pressing the buttons, they just be stuck there and won't move.

Thanks for the feedback, @guyeshel85! This definitely helps us gain more ground to reach a resolution. Since your controllers are paired and button input is being registered have you:

  • Ensure your area is well lit, with enough light to see clearly, but no direct sunlight
  • Ensure the tracking cameras are clean
  • Ensure your environment is free of any obstructions between the tracking cameras and the controllers
  • Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect tracking or controller detection. For example, controller and headset covers, controller attachments, etc.
  • Lastly, remove the battery from the controller for 30 seconds

We hope this helps with everything, please reach back out if we can further assist you!
