Hi All,
Pulled the Rift S on to my head yesterday and got the never ending three dots. I have had this onece before so unplugged and plugged back in and Meta Quest Link now says it can't detect the sensors. I have tried all kinds of combinations of deleting and reinstalling etc but no luck. I have taken a log and have that ready to go but can't see how to attach that. Any and all help is appreciated 🙂

Hey there, @Kahlbond. We were just in the area and happened upon your post. We see you are having some issues with getting your computer to recognize your Rift S headset. We'd be more than glad to assist you in trying to remedy this blight. Firstly, we'd like to ask you a few questions so we can determine the origin of the issue. Can you answer the following?

Umm I went through a pretty extensive trouble shooting process with the AI on WhatsApp, and am sending it back for a OOW replacement.
