Rift S USB Connection issue ?

So here's these 2 and it's giving me this error have done everything and i'm crying and upset cause source of contact with my friends (VRChat) and streaming .... would love some help (also tested audio in my headset and still works) so is it the headset having issue connection to my PC or window issue ?

Have you got any help? I’m having the same problem all of a sudden. Was working fine yesterday??

Nope still same issues 😞 prob oculus updated and messed up

Hey Drakeos, thanks for reaching out! We don't like that this issue is keeping you from hanging out in VR with your friends. Let's get you back into VRChat uninterrupted! We've got a few extra troubleshooting steps we'd like for you to try:

  • Please make sure that all of your hardware and software is up to date. You can check out this handy article here for more information on how to check for updates to your GPU and USB drivers. 
  • If you are using any USB splitters or extensions, please remove them and connect the cables directly to your PC.
  • Try repairing the Oculus PC app. You can check out this article for detailed instructions on how to repair the app here.

If you're still running into trouble, please collect your logs and submit a support ticket here and we'll be more than happy to assist with further troubleshooting. (You can check out the support article here for detailed instructions on how to collect your logs.)

This keeps  coming up as my error after plugging and replugging to all my ports 😞 i blame firmware update has messed up my headset.....

After updating 0.34, the USB stopped working.

I have the same case after updating. Oculus Rift S has stopped working. USB and displayport are constantly on / off

Hey there, Kokorevilya! We see you are having similar issues to the original poster, with your Rift S not working after updating. We understand how this is frustrating, since updates should streamline gameplay. Let's get to the bottom of this!

 

To ensure the best performance with Rift S or Link, please use Windows 10. Windows 11 is not yet supported with our Oculus PC software. This may be what is causing this issue. For more information on compatibility requirements, please visit this link.

Im in the same boat. I've been trying for literally weeks to get this fixed! (i gave up and took a break i was so frustrated) $399 for a vr that I can't play??!! I've been back and fourth with customer service all day today with no luck!
