Hello there @BakaElinia. We are stoked to see you are enjoying PCVR and we appreciate you reaching out to us. We know how amazing of an experience VR is and will work with you to get to the bottom of your issue. You stated that everything works and connects, yet the client is not loading. Have you tried any trouble shooting problems on you own? If so, can you let us know what exactly you have tried? If not, have you checked to see:

  • if you have any other apps running in the background while trying to boot up the Oculus Client? (i.e Spotify, Blizzard's client, etc.).
  • Force stop those apps, if so, and try to reopen the client.
  • Check your PC specs here, to make sure they are up to date as that might also be an issue.

If that does not help, please reach back out so we can continue to troubleshoot. Looking forward to your response!

I have tried above methods and none of them works.

It may related to the client update I think. Is there a way to try an old version of the client?
