I recently bought a new rift s cord from oculus. When I got it and plugged it in its not picking up on my pc. So then I got out my old cord and that one seems to work but I have no display(black screen) which is why I bought a new Rift cord. To narrow it down I'm wondering if I can get a replacement for the new Rift cord I bought.
Did you definitely buy it from Oculus? I aslk because Oculus haven't been called Oculus for a long time and Rift-S cables have been unavailable for even longer.
Yes i talked to customer support and they sent me a link to the meta quest store for a cord.
