Rift S forever asking to be setup

Almost every single time I put my headset on which I only use for sim racing it asks to be setup again.

If I remove the controllers to make it headset only when I go to put the headset on there is big freezes and it locks up and also get these in game - it is like it is trying to recalibrate the guardian then realises its not needed/configured and no controllers are connected unfreezes and the racing resumes usually with me off track or crashed into another person.. 

If I re-add the controllers the freezing stops but again I am plagued constantly with setup the rift s - set your floorspace every single time even though I just skip it as I do not need a guardian.. 

Oculus needs to release a way to disable the guard so it never returns and never asks us to setup the floorspace again its beyond a joke at this point how many times I have missed races or had issues racing recently with the headset - it feels like it may be caused by the software only being focused on the quest but who knows! 

Any advice before I just use oculuskiller and take the performance hit in sim racing..
