Rift S stopped working after newest quest link app update

I was using my Rift S near enough daily up until Monday when the app appeared to update. Since then all I get are the 3 dots loading screen with sensor errors. I have tried numerous things posted on both here and reddit in an effort to get this working again to no avail. I can bypass the Quest Link app and boot straight into Steam VR which gets me past the 3 dots and allow me see and move around the dashboard, however the controllers, while the buttons respond, they are no longer picked up by the headset.

 

I am 99% sure its the app update that has caused this issue as nothing else seems to be fixing the problem and everything was working perfectly fine before this. Do I just have to wait for another update in hopes this will be addressed? Thanks
