Rift s controller wont pair

Just got New rift s. Headset/audio is working, but controller pairing doesnt work. White leds constantly blink on controllers. What should i do?

Hey there! Try removing the battery from your Rift S controllers for a minimum of 2-3 minutes to reset the wireless link. While they're out, check the compartments and terminals for any dust, debris or damage. Reinsert the batteries and try re-pairing. I ran into this problem in the early days, I had to uninstall their software and reinstall to get mine going

Ryzen 7 1800X, Auros X470 Gaming Ultra, Power Color RX 580, 4200Mhz Corsair Hynix 32g, 500g Samsung 970 EVO (OS Drive), 1TB Silicon Power Gen 4 (Game Drive), Custom Water Loop

  • Are you using any third-party accessories?
    • For example, rechargeable grips, controller covers, etc.
  • Which troubleshooting steps have you tried so far, if any? We don't want to ask you to repeat anything that you've already done.
  • Did any damage occur to the controllers or the device before the issue began?
  • Were there any changes made to the device before this started?
