Hi looking for help.
Oculus support have given us loads of technical fixes, we’ve deleted the app, removed all the files, produced 8 logs, updated the graphics card and still the rift s is cold.
The headset being plugged in isn’t detected by our computer at all!
it worked fine from 1st March till about may then when we came back to it after a hol it was dead.
oculus support have said it’s our tv as it’s a smart tv, but it worked before.
I asked for a replacement on the 7th of July so have been back and forth with them since then

they no longer make the S so they wont replace it. i got my S from curry's and its still under warrenty and they cant replace it as they dont stock the S anymore and wont refund. all they will do is replace it with the Quest 2 as its the same price but i dont want the quest as i cant use stand alone HMD with the games i play it has to be tethered. so bought the HP reverb G2 from an ebay shop. facebook can go to hell as its them causing the problems since they bought oculus.
still waiting for the UK to block facebook as its illegal to use facebook outside California. Its why i didnt link my Cv1's or S to facebook.

I RMA'd my Rift S a couple of weeks ago after submitting a support ticket. Now waiting for them to send me a refurbished headset, hopefully soon.
