Right Controller doesn't work

Brought a Meta Qust 2 in December 23, right controller and it worked well but suddenly it stopped. Since then, it has been vibrating a lot and not been visible whilst using, and it only stops when you remove the battery or turn the Quest off. Changed batteries but nothing. Tried un-pair and re-pair. Nothing. Need some help how to fix this problem please

If anyone else experiences similar issues, please let us know the following information:

  • Have the controllers been damaged in anyway?
    • For example, dropped or have had liquids spilled on it.
  • Are you using third-party accessories or covers with your device?
  • Let us know what the LED lights are showing Blinking or solid? Which color are they?

No, the controllers weren't damaged but I sweat a lot, perhaps the sweat was a problem, who knows.

No, I don't use 3-party devices.

The LEDs don't blink, there was only the vibration.

I ordered a new one by meta, but it would be nice to check what one can do in case this happened again.
