My right controller for my Quest 2 won't turn on. I've attempted changing the batteries, the battery brand, restarting the headset, etcetera. Any help or battery brand recommendations?
Hey there, @Kevin.1091! We've got this for you, and we completely understand how this is affecting your VR experience. We'll leave some troubleshooting steps below that we know will be useful, to get you back using that right controller.
Please try the following if you have not already:
If only one controller is affected, swap the controllers to the opposite hands (right controller to left hand and the left controller to the right hand). If the controller experiencing issues also switches, then the issue is likely being caused by the headset cameras on that side.
Remove the battery from the controller for at least 30 seconds.
wiping down the controller with a dry microfiber cloth.
