Hello! I recently started running into a issue with the right touch controller for my quest 2.
It seems that after a random interval/time of working & tracking, the controller seems to disappear as it loses tracking, the buttons still work & the joystick also seems to work just fine, but the controller just loses tracking until I take the batteries out & put them back in, or I unpair & pair the controller to the headset again.
This interval ranges from between like 1 or 2 seconds, to about 15 minutes (most often around 1 to 4 minutes before it loses tracking).
I don't know how to fix it, but I've tried the following:
Unpairing & pairing the controller(s).
Replacing the batteries, both NiMH & Alkaline.
Factory Resetting the headset.
Swapping the tracking frequency in settings.
Swapping the Hand tracking frequency.
I've also tried to see if shaking or moving the controller has any effect on it, but this doesn't seem to be the case.
