Meta quest 3 right controller randomly disconnects after V66 update. I use the official Meta charging dock and rechargable batteries. Controller disconnects and reconnects immediately even with barely moving it. I can move it around alot and it still randomly disconnects, movement has no factor in it. I have removed and reseat battery and also repaired with headset with no change. I have seen reddit and Facebook posts with this issue specifically with right controller after update.

Hey @Dmonk99, what's an awesome VR experience without working controllers?! We appreciate you trying troubleshooting for your right controller connectivity issues and would love to get you back rolling. With that said, could you clarify if it's controller tracking or pairing that's giving you problems?
With this information, we'll be able to better assist you. We hope to hear from you soon!

The controller tracking works great. The only issue is when the controller disconnects/reconnects. I can leave the controller laying next to me and it still disconnects/reconnects with no movement.

We appreciate you letting us know, @Dmonk99! To confirm a bit more, are you're controller unpairing in the Meta Quest mobile app when disconnecting? Are you seeing any error messages in VR when this happens? Also, when you dock the controllers, do they make a sound? Are the LEDs blinking amber/green? Keep us updated and we can continue from there!

I believe I have found the issue. I ended up doing a factory reset to eliminate firmware issues but that did not fix the issue.
I found a post about having battery connection issues and tin foil helped make a better connection. After putting foil on the battery terminals, I have not had any issues.
There me be an issue with the controller where contact with the battery terminal has issues after awhile. I am using the official Meta rechargable batteries with the dock.
