Right controller trigger not working when left works fine.

So my right controller trigger doesn’t work when i’m playing games (specifically shooting games). When I try to shoot, the gun sometimes just doesn’t shoot. the other hand In the menu it works better. Is there anything I could do to fix it?

 The right trigger isn’t registering all the way, while the left one does.
