Quest 2. Right controller wont select or do anything once in game menu. In regular Occulus menu it works fine. Brand new for Christmas and already a crappy product when apparently its a common issue. Have done a factory reset, unpaired and repaired, batteries etc. Ridiculous.
In any game menu. It is basically unusable except for outlining the guardian area and anything in the main Occulus menu. Won't select using any button in any game.
That's really strange. It's unlikely to be anything to do with the controller itself as you can select Home screen buttons. Can you select in games using the Left controller?
Best thing is to contact support, they may have come across this problem before.
Even if I switch which controller to select with it doesnt work. If I swap and use the left for selecting on the game menu then the left controller won't select either.
