While using the rift 3S (regardless of storefront or app used) the right hand controller will constantly read low battery, and completely shut off roughly every 15-30 seconds, especially when playing a more vigorous game like Rumble (my current favorite). This persists despite changing batteries, including testing those batteries to verify they still contain full charge.
I have not hit this controller against anything, nor do I play with significant sweat on my hands.
Considering that I just bought this device a couple months ago, I'm curious if:
1. it's still under warranty and I could get a replacement at no charge.
2. I need to get a replacement or if there is another solution.
Thanks.

@FlamingArrow97 there could be an issue with the spring pressure on the battery terminals -
