Right hand controller not tracking

My right hand controller will not track at all anymore. Tried un pairing and repairing, buttons still seem to work but can’t use it to aim at the screen at all.

Just curious, did you update to v71?

It done 2 updates when turned on, son hadn’t used it in a couple of months
