Right quest pro controller blinks green and blue

So, my right controller all of sudden stopped working yesterday, so I unpaired it and tried to repair it. For some reason, every time I try to put it in pairing mode, the controller blinks green and also stays blue. It doesn't flash white and blue anymore, just blue, I tried factory resetting it, and that didn't work either. I've had these controllers for two weeks now, and it's annoying me for the fact that i can't play any vr games properly because of this problem.

Any help?

Hey there @stupid.130607! We definitely want for you to be able to enjoy your time in VR, and that's hard with a controller that is not working! Any time you are running into controller issues, the best thing to start with is removing the battery, leaving it out for at least 30 minutes, and then inserting a brand new battery to see if that gets things working.

You mentioned doing a factory reset, was that on the headset or the controller itself? If that was on the headset, please try the following:

To factory reset the Pro controllers:

  1. Right Controller: Hold A and Oculus buttons until the LED begins flashing red/white.
    • Left Controller: Hold X and Menu buttons until the LED begins flashing red/white.
  2. Release the buttons immediately after the LED begins blinking red/white.
  3. Perform a manual pairing and check if controller LED would flash blue and white to signal pairing state.
  4. Once paired, controllers may take a while to update and stay unresponsive until they finish, and LED would be purple during the update.

Let us know if the issues continue after going through these steps!

What? How am i supposed to take a battery out of a Quest Pro controller??

And yes im obviously talking about the controller.

Hey @stupid.130607, that is a general first step for any devices that have controllers with removable batteries. You would not be able to do that on devices with internal batteries.

Were you able to do the controller factory reset? If so, and if you are still running into issues, please reach out over a PM and we can look into your options going forward.
