Are there any available updates for Riven, your headset, or the Meta Quest mobile app?
Have you attempted restarting your Wi-Fi network along with the headset when you quit and relaunch Riven?
Does the issue ever occur in the Home environment?

We didn’t want to do that due to lack of cloud saves. We muddled through (even though on two of the puzzles we had to guess some things as the symbols were so blurred out…)
