Room scale boundary changes to stationary boundary when loading ACE VR App

Starting about a week ago after a Quest headset update, the room scale boundary changes to stationary boundary when loading ACE VR App

I have tried deleting the boundary history, followed by a headset power off, turn on, set a new room scale boundary.

Followed steps in this video ACE VR Settings Search, Floor Height, and Boundary Fix:

Start ACE app, and the stationary white circle appears. I have gone outside and set a new boundary, that was at least 10'x15', Same issue.

As soon as I quit the ACE app or come out of it, the room scale boundary returns.

How do I resolve this?

The solution is a headset factory reset
