Rumble on xbox app not working

  • So I tried the Xbox game pass and had rumble on setting of game pass and rumble set on the game but haptics don't work. Any ideas why?

Hey @inovator2! Looks like you're experiencing some rumble issues with your game pad while using the awesome new Xbox game pass feature. While the app is still in beta, it's normal to encounter a few bugs. But don't worry, we've got some quick troubleshooting steps for you to try:

1. Double-check that you're using an supported game controller.
2. Unpair and then pair your game pad again.
3. Swap out the batteries in your controller.
4. Turn off and on your headset.

The issue still persists. Xbox controller rumble/vibration still not supported for Quest(any). As I understand it's some limitation in Meta Quest browser app. It would be great to hear from support when we can expect this functionality as it's a big part of experience and immersion that we currently missing.

However we would like to suggest submitting a bug report. You can report bugs directly from the mobile app and within the headset of Quest devices by following the steps outlined here. This way you can get your specific issue looked into and possibly hear back about a fix for this soon. We appreciate your time and understanding.
