Running Oculus from D Drive

I recently installed a new SSD drive from which I run Windows. My previous HDD drive has now become my backup storage/slave. I still have all of the data/programs saved there, including the Oculus app. Is there a way to run the app from the D drive without having to backup all of my files and reinstall Oculus? I can't find the launcher anywhere.

To move the Oculus app itself to another drive, you will need to uninstall and reinstall with a command line option.

I installed the Oculus app on my old drive (which was previously my main drive). It is now my backup, but the files are still there. I'd like to keep everything as is but I can't seem to access it or find the launcher in any of the folders to manually open.
