Runtime forces Elite Frontier in borderless window

I haven't been able to run the game fullscreen for a while on my g-sync monitor, it was forced in borderless window and I didn't know why.

Well, I discovered who the culprit is: The Oculus runtime. I uninstalled it and the game ran fullscreen without any issue.

It's a pain in the ass to uninstall the Oculus runtime each time I want to play the game on my main screen.

Does anyone know who's fault it is? Nvidia's drivers maybe? Is there a known fix?
