Some but not all apps say install fail when I try to install them. (oculus prologue, Sansung gallery, Minecraft gear vr, ect.) I have tons of memory. I have seen old posts saying to enable com.facebook.system and facebook app manager. allthough on android 7 there doesn't seem to be an enable anymore. just a uninstall and force stop??? I have been working on this for days Help!
Had the same problem, now it started working again. I found the 2 apps and on each one: force stop -> disable -> enable. Hope this helps.
