#2 is the headset#2 is the headset

Recently my Rift s has had this problem where Windows keeps recognizing it as a monitor. I'm certain that this is why my headset does not display any picture. I've even checked to see if this happens on my brother’s computer and it does not, it works without any issues on his computer and the headset is not being detected as a monitor. So with that, I know that the cable is not damaged and probably my OS. I've even switched to a different motherboard, GPU and it produces the same result.

All my drivers, chipset, and MOBO are up to date, I reinstalled Oculus, scouting any possible solution, every fix, but still no dice.

I'm about to reinstall Windows 11 as my last resort to see if that fixes my issue.

Welp, resetting my computer fixed the black screen issue, I recommend resetting as a LAST resort to fix your issue with your headset.
