You can specifically enhance the view that surrounds your virtual home environment by customizing your Skybox view under your Personalization settings. After navigating through Quick Settings > Settings > Personalization, you should be able to scroll to the bottom of the Virtual Environment and select Custom Skybox View. Below your Skybox view options, there is a button to reset.

Just came here for the same thing. The "Meta Horizon" and "Storybook" have their integrated backgrounds but all the others are the same. Literally unplayable.
