Good evening. I'm thinking about buying a Meta Quest 3. However, I have a specific question. Years ago I used the Samsung VR Gear in conjunction with the Samsung Gear 360 camera and the Galaxy S7/S9+. Unfortunately, Samsung stopped working with Oculus. Now to the question. Can I use my Samsung Gear 360 camera with the new Meta Quest 3? I still have so many pictures and videos and I can no longer enjoy them in VR. Thank you for your answer.

If the Gear 360 saves pictures as standard 360x180 degree spherical panoramas, it should work fine. The Quest's file browser can show 360 and 180 degree images (stereo or mono).
Videos should work too, although there's better video apps available for a price, like Skybox. Probably free too, but I got Skybox before it went commercial so that's what I use for video.

The aspect ratio looks about right (horizontal is double the vertical res).
If the image looks like this, it will be fine (I tested with this one, although I used a 12984 x 6492 version, but that's a bit big for the forum).
