Looked at a bunch of other posts and cant solve this issue. My headset was working fine until today where i was forced to get a using a meta account. Since then all i get is a "Facebook Session Expired" error. I've uninstalled Facebook and Oculus apps and reinstalled, no change. I created a new FB account and Linked it but again when i open the Oculus Gear VR app i get that error, rebooted the device, no change, removed all FB accounts from my device (S9+) and added only the new account, no change. My old Oculus account doesn't work as i get a "No network Connection" error there. WTF is up with Meta forcing users into this crap that is rife with issues. And I cant raise a ticket because there is no support option for Gear VR. And I refuse to buy a $400 headset just on principle...My existing one worked just fine until today.

This is not the solution, only try to keep it in black box and underground. Many of us already sent private message to ask for solutions and help. What we got is only, "Thanks for your patience, we understand your frustration, engineer is working on it, no timeframe."
I believe we don't need you to understand our frustration,
We ONLY NEED SOLUTIONS to solve the issue.
Please be faithful on this.

It has been two weeks since first private message to meta support and yet no solution.

Like they said. It'll be better if you Privately Message them. You can do it by clicking @MetaQuestSupport then just click the words 'Send a message'. That's how you get the information over to them.

Hi,
I have the Samsung Galaxy S7 with Android version 7.0 and the Oculus Gear VR SM-R325.
When I try to enter the Oculus Meta VR application through Facebook, I get the following message.
Both devices are working normally (i.e. there is no hardware problem). I have also tried uninstalling them and nothing change it.
How can I solve this issue?
Thank you in advance.

Hey hey @Eshek23 and @Ronstersaurus_Rex! I definitely want both of you to be able to get into the world of VR, and I hate to hear you're both getting stuck logging in. If you're having trouble logging into and accessing your Gear VR and you haven't yet, I'd definitely recommend reaching out to the support team for some one on one assistance. You can either open a support ticket yourself, or send a private message to @MetaQuestSupport for further help with this!
