Save to VR? Links not showing

On my iPhone I can share a link in Safari to the Meta Quest mobile app and then "Save to VR". Where does that show up in the Meta Quest 3 headset? I've searched everywhere and I can't find my saved links.

At about 12 seconds into the video you shared, it shows the user clicking on the "Explorer" icon. Maybe I'm just being dense, but that icon doesn't exist on my Meta Quest 3 and I can't download an app called "Explorer" from the store,
