A few days ago I bought a Quest S3 after looking at purchasing a VR headset for a couple years now. I wear glasses, and I wear them slightly lower on my nose ridge. I did not notice until yesterday evening, but the right lens has a scratch in it now.
I did swap in the glasses spacer, but I guess this was not enough? My glasses are not very large, but not small either. Yesterday I did look up and purchased the Zenni prescription.
Is there anything I can do or any support for this? I have owned this Quest 3S for less than 72 hours.

Return/warranty.
Definitely get the zenni inserts.
Good luck.

The Q3’s have the same plastic lens as the Q2 so you can try some watch scratch removers from Amazon. A little googling will help you find out all about this.
Main thing is to avoid placing the headset on at an angle. Put it face on and you shouldn’t come close to scratching anything imho.

I don't believe, scratching the lenses with your glasses is covered by warranty.....but of course, he can try.
