Screenshots not working for Whatsapp on Meta Quest 3

I don't know why WhatsApp doesn't appear in my screenshots and screen recordings. Is there any way I can fix this?

there might be a few reasons why screenshots are not working for WhatsApp. First, WhatsApp might have a privacy feature that blocks screenshots of profile pictures, and this could be preventing you from capturing them. There could also, be a bug or temporary issue with the app itself. 

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

• Try restarting the app and/or the headset. 
• Try clearing the app's cache or updating the software on your headset. 
• Ensure both WhatsApp and the Meta Quest app are up to date. 
• Make sure WhatsApp has the necessary permissions to access screenshots or other functionalities.

To submit a bug report, you need to:

• Open the Meta Horizon mobile app on your phone.
• Tap your avatar picture at the bottom, then tap in the top right.
• Scroll down to Support, then tap Report an issue.
• Tap Report a problem, then type an explanation where prompted.

The issue is not with screenshots to profile pictures, is when I have the app open, and take a screenshot, the area where the WhatsApp window is supposed to be is empty, invisible. I sent you captures, as you can see there, the window is supposed to be in the middle, but it is not, and it was in a conversation, not a profile picture.
