Second Meta Quest 3 which doesn't respond to hands or controller

After my first headset didn't respond to anything even after rebooting and setting it to factory default i know have it on a completly new headset. Both stopped working within 2 weeks. Worst of all there's no way to contact support directly through chat.

Did anyone had succes in restoring control over their headset in this situation? I only see messages about people that ending up returning their headset and getting a refurbished one back. Sometimes giving them the same problem.

The headset didn't work before the factory reset. Tracking was lost from both hand and controllers. That was the reason for the factory reset. 

I've returned the headset since I don't think there's a resolution that I can do to get it to work again. 

 

My second headset with exact the same problem with 2 weeks. I really wonder how this can happen.

Hi there Mafootje! We're sorry to hear you're running into this issue with both your Headsets. May we ask, have you also tried a Factory reset on the second one?
