Good evening everyone, I have linked a Meta account to my Instagram. I would like to make sure that my Meta account cannot be deleted without entering a code that Meta will send to my Meta email address. I know this is possible, but I don’t know how to set it up. Does anyone know how to do it?
@Camille_Noel you need to look for 'two factor authentication' 2FA in the meta and instagram profile settings and enable it. You'll need to provide a phone number or secondary email address to do it.

@Camille_Noel they will only be able to get into your account if they have your phone. If they want to disable 2FA they will also need your phone to do it.
