This is such as pain. I have three Quest devices I have control over with different users. All I want to do is send my child quest cash so he can purchase a in app purchase. Holy hell!! Meta could not muddy the water more. I've done all the step on the mobile app. My suggestion is make this a lot easier by being able to select the User and then hit send. You shouldn't have to purchase yourself first, shouldn't have buy the app and send it. I am unable to do this with in app purchase anyways. I guess if you can, it's about as clear as mud.
Look, it's real easy. Do not make road blocks to spend money on your product in any aspect. Companies generally make it a little more difficult to make returns and that's another topic. The amount of money that is spent on keep VR alive, don't limit the funds that could be coming in to keep software moving. We are all looking forward to having bigger titles and better hardware in the future. Meta seems to be on course for this. For parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, whatever. Open the door for these people to spend the money. Roblox is a good example of a system that seems to work okay from a user perspective. And that is my $.02.

Agreed. I have spent over an hour just trying to get some credit on my child's account and all I get is "something is not right contact customer support". It can't be that hard, login codes, emails, circles, circles. I now have purchased credit I will never use and I still can't give him some credit 😕 designed my IT people who don't know the average user experience
