Sensors not working

My Oculus' tracking stopped working suddenly and I have followed all advice on trying to resolve this. Including updating drivers for Oculus, intel drivers, GPU drivers, reinstalling Oculus App as a whole and I could not attempt to connect this to another PC as I dont have another one thats compatible unfortunately.

It says both cables are ready:

But the following step states the sensors dont work, and I have tried every USB port in my PC that is also USB 3 and restarted PC numerous times.

The App still states that the device is ready for use however:

I bought this headset last year and I could count the amount of times I have used it and I keep it kept away safely. I don't believe it could possibly just break on me. Has anyone got any idea what it could be or have had any similar problems? Im very upset about this and hope to get it fixed asap 🙂

ALSO: I can put the headset on and see my hands both at the centre point, however they are unable to move and same with the headset. They both stay stationary at the origin.

Hey there, @TurtleReactions. Thank you for reaching out and letting us know what all you have done. We know that having any sort of tracking issues while playing can be  tedious and we want to help get that straightened out. We would like to provide some troubleshooting steps that we believe may be beneficial to you.

Please try the steps listed here:

If your sensors are close together, rotate them so that they face forward. If your sensors are wide apart, rotate them towards the center of your play area.

Check to make sure your sensor isn't tilted too far up or down.

Check to make sure there aren't any objects placed between you and your sensors.

Have you cleared your Guardian history as well? if not here is how.

  1. Clear your Guardian:
    1. Press the Oculus button on your right Touch or Touch Pro controller to pull up your universal menu.
    2. Hover over the clock on the left side of the universal menu. When Quick Settings appears, select it to open the Quick Settings panel.
    3. Select Settings in the top right corner.
    4. Select Guardian from the left menu to find the option.
