Service Unavailable. DK2.

Let me start by saying that I am a huge noob at stuff like this. Anyway, I was following a YouTube tutorial about how to set up my DK2, and got all the way to the "Show Demo Scene" part after creating a user-profile.

Everything is plugged in correctly and it says "Oculus Rift DK2: Ready".
When I click "Show Demo Scene", it opens up and closes instantly (crashes). No image besides a black screen that pops up for like a quarter of a second. The orange light on the rift doesnt change to blue (even for a split second), and the blue light on the webcam thing turns off when the Demo instantly crashes.

About 5 seconds after it crashed, I get the "! Service Crashed at: --" message, but then the webcam light comes back on to blue and it goes back to saying "Oculus Rift DK2: Ready"....

I've tried everything from clean installing NVIDIA 344.75, to uninstalling+reinstalling the Runtime and SDK. I've even system restored. I have no idea what to do or even how to get the logs to post. ANY help would be extremely helpful.

Thank you so, so, so much.

I have checked out the guide, but I'm not really knowledgeable on computers so some of it I wasn't able to understand. For the most part, I was able to read it but I did not see my issue I'm having in it. Here are my logs, hopefully you can help! 🙂

The problem is likely because you are on an Optimus laptop. Sadly laptops, especially ones with Optimus, are not supported and typically don't work at all. It's recommended to only use powerful desktop machines. Sorry.

I literally just bought the Rift less than a month ago. I still have the DK2 Box and stuff, but I do not have the box it was shipped in. Would I be able to send it back? This sucks.
