Hi all, please help. I'm trying to set up 2 additional accoints for my children (aged 10) ..I head to the family centre, put in the relevant details but when it asks for postcode it won't allow me to put any letters in and therefore won't let me progress any further. Guidance welcome please to help me around this issue?
Hi, we have had similar experiences an I found that if you type your postcode into a message/text then use the copy function you can use the paste function an it will add it in. Hope this helps
