When i first got my meta quest 3 the screen with all the settings on consisted of a 16 square grid with system being in the top left corner now it's all changed i have a list of settings options in a column down the left side of the screen and system is no longer available has anyone else experienced this and could explain to me if its possible to get it back to how it was
What you are seeing is the new settings menu look implemented a few versions ago and no you can't get it back to what it was. Some settings may have been moved around so you may want to spend a little time familiarising youself with where to find you go to options.
