I've been on V74 for a few weeks and as many others had the same bug.
On Saturday my quest had another update or patch to V74 (Build 5070966.19510.510) which fixes this issue.
Check your V74 build version you may not yet have been given the latest build and its always a staggered rollout.

If you are on the same Quest 3 V74 build as the one i have (Build 5070966.19510.510) or if you have the Quest 2 the latest build for V74 I have is 5142180.16550.150 and you are still getting this problem then you may want to send a bug report via the headset and or contact support. Other than that you may have to wait for a build that fixes this.
