ich habe mein Betriebssystem Win 7 64 bit neu installiert und seit dem geht das Oculus Setup nicht mehr.
Wenn ich das Setup normal starte kommt die Meldung mit den fehlenden Updates für Windows 7. Wenn ich das Setup mit dem bypasshatfixcheck aus dem Setup ausführe kommt die Meldung : Sie können keine Verbindung zum Oculus Server herstellen. Die Firewall ist abgeschaltet und es kommt die selbe Meldung, auch Internet ist vorhanden.
Dieses Setup mit OculusPatchMarch2018 habe ich auch gestartet und den kommt die meldung Oculus ist deinstalliert.
When reinstalling you basically set back the Windows patch level to the point in time when you installer was created. This is probably the reason for the "missing Updates" message.
After reinstall of the OS it will update itself to the most recent patch level. That can take quite a while. Even some days.
Run "Windows Update" and let it search and install updates. Repeat this step until it says your system is up to date.
Then the Oculus installer should run again.
Better however, would be to directly upgrade to win 10 if possible (while you're on it anyway).
