Setup "Can't connect to server" error

I have been trying to setup the oculus software but it keeps giving me the "Can't connect to server" error. I tried to redo it with my firewall and anti-virus off but it still didn't work. I saw that some people had problems installing on dynamic drives which I am trying to install on. Here is the log from the appdata.

repeated several times, though then

Sorry to say but I haven't fixed the issue. I read some more forum posts and many people have had this error of installing on dynamic drives. Oculus just hasn't fixed it which is ridiculous. The price for this system is high and for such a bug to exist and not be fixed is infuriating.  You could try and switch your drive to basic and then try again but that process is annoying and not worth it when this bug is Oculus' fault. If you want to send a email to Oculus support and tell them to fix it and maybe they eventually will. Best of luck.

Well, u r right, the "problem" was that the hd where installed win 10 was in dynamic,
when oculus soft needs it in basic (mbr) format... as nerd as that...
who told me to convert to basic? great support team, great... 22 days wasted and others making his job.. king regards belmer..
