Sharing games

Hi,

First, English is not my native language, so sorry for any mistake.

I purchased games (for all age) on the Meta Quest 3 and i want to share them with my son (10 years old) on the same Headset. I followed the instruction. I go to the setting, and activated sharing.

Then my son go in his account and try to play the game on the headset... And a message is sent to my account requesting that i purchase the game a second time... For the same headset !

Even after reading the forum i cannot find anything that could help me resolve the situation. So, i tried to contact the service, but it seem there is no way to contact anyone (no e-mail, nothing). That really weird, that doesn't reflect good customer service. Truth is, I should be able to explain my problem to someone who work there.

I cannot understand why sharing games on the same console (MQ3 headset) does not work. It seem i am not alone... Is that a known problem ? A old one ? I am really dissapointed and if sharing games is not a option, i won't recommend this headset to anyone with a family.

Can someone help me ?

Hello, most games are rated in ages, might be because of age restrictions.
