I purchased 5000 shiny Rocks about an hour ago and it is showing as purchased in the Oculus app on my phone but they are not there in Gorilla Tag. I restarted the game several times but still no rocks

If I paid for something and didn't receive it, I would go bananas. So I did some research into the Shiny Rocks missing problem and found this post in the r/GorillaTag subreddit where a mod is prompting someone to fill out a google docs form.

Same issue, I purchased some about 2 hours ago and they still have not showed up, tried to get refund but they wouldn't allow it.

I did purchase today 5000 rocks and haven't recieved it. What a crap. I would love to know how to get my money back or at least shiny rocks. That's money stealing before Christmas.

Help!!! I have had the same problem, have the receipt for the shiny rocks, and bank showing purchase, but my son doesn't have them in game?
