SideQuest And SteamLink

In short terms, for SideQuest, my friends have it, and use it, and it lookes shady to me, so I did some research and I found out that having SideQuest on your VR (3S in my circumstance) is fine, but downloading games from it is against terms of service and may result in terminatin, temporary supension, or even law enforcment? I would be grate ful for some insite. And for steamlink, my laptop has hvce and is capable of running it, I have the correct settings in steam turned on, etc, but when i connect it to my headset and try to play, on my laptop it says. Encoding erroe, before you ask, yes my graphics and video drivers are up to date, and yes I have a intel core chip capable of running hevc, or hvec or which ever order its in, Id love for some help, id be super grateful. I also got thhis head set 3 days ago.

@AshSwag4Life all of the games on sidequest are fine to use without any issue at all. What is your laptop, make model and what GPU does it have?

I have the i7 Intel Core Chip.

also @oculusness  I did the 2 factor authentication, made my organisation, turned on developer mode on the app, then restarted my headset, but i cant see the developer tab in settings. Any ideas on what to do there?

@AshSwag4Life  have you had a look in the advanced settings? and enabled it in the mobile app.
