I bought too many games that I'm not likely to play, about 10 titles which I decided I wanted refunded. I refunded 5 ( cause it wouldn't let me refund them all ) but I thought that was ok and I could refund the others later. Well what do you know, my games are now all not valid for refunds. This in includes 2 games I never even started that where bought 2 days ago and the others didn't even near the two hours played which where also 2 days old.
So without a shadow of a doubt I'm being completely cheated out of being able to refund anything. This is extremely dodgy especially when the games I wanted to refund are elligable. I have recieved no mails etc saying I can't refund any more. They have just obviously blocked me from refunding anything else.
Did Elon Musk just buy Meta and banned any way of actually paying people money back ? Most likely due to Meta being a greedy immoral evil megacorp.
Also you seemed to have removed all forms of support, no phone number, email, chat or anything. You really are very bad people Meta.
As I don't agree with the Elon Musk comment! As I see him as one of the most important people alive atm. I do agree with the flawed refund policy Meta has, I also have been blocked from doing any more returns because I apparently refunded to many games which I find very weird as I have never had any problems in the past. I have been on Oculus/Meta since 2012 with the DK1 and bought and used almost everything that has ever come out! The problem is that you can't tell if you will like a VR game from videos on flatscreen you really need to play it in VR and feel the game to see if it is worth buying! Meta needs to make it so every game has a 20 minute trial or stand true to the 2 hours/14 day return policy no matter how many games you refund. I also just made a forum post please hit me up with a kudo if you agree with my post.
Elon Musk thing was satire of course, we should all thank him for SpaceX, we can just have selective memory when it comes to destroying Twitter to make a platform so Trump gets elected, we can pretend that never happened.
Why is Meta not commenting on my post, it's a legitimate problem. The lack of answer points to the whole refund thing being a total sham. Be careful what you buy on the shady Quest App Store because otherwise you'll be stuck with all kinds of crap. At least Meta is living up to the reputation of being nothing but evil greed.
Meta hasn't commented on my post either, I have started to buy my games on steam now. I know with steam I am secured and can refund what ever I like.
With the rest of your post I couldn't disagree more.
