I recently purchased the pop dlc pack for smash drums. It worked for a couple of days but now when I load into the game and to play the songs I purchased, it won't let me and says I have to buy them. I've Uninstaller and reinstalled the game twice and nothing has changed. I finally got tired of it and requested a refund but now I can't even get that. This is ridiculous.

Can you please confirm that the app was downloaded from a Meta platform? Side-loading and third-party platforms, such as Steam or SideQuest, are not supported by Meta Quest Support.
Confirm that the app has been downloaded and installed on the headset.
Are you able to launch other applications? Does the problem occur with more than one app?
When did this start? Were any changes made?
Is the Home Environment having any issues?

Yes I purchased the dlc content from my meta quest app on my phone. The dlc worked for a few days but now it's asking me to purchase it. When I look at the dlc on my phone, it says I already own it but it will not load on my headset. All other apps and games work. The home environment is working fine. The only thing I did differently than normal is purchased the dlc on my phone app and not the headset. But that shouldn't matter considering the dlc songs worked for a couple of days before not allowing me to play them anymore.

I got the same problem here. I just purchased the pop rock DLC yesterday. I played once. And now it asks me to purchase again. But when I click on purchase, the pop out window of shop appears for one second showing nothing and disappears. Then I can' t even hail the multi task interface by pressing the meta button. Is this some kinda bug?
