Smash drums 1980s Rock Legends Music Pack didn't load

Purchased the Smash Drums 1980s Rock legends pack and it never appeared in my account. Would like a refund or for someone to load the pack into my account. Thank you.

Were you able to get this resolved? I had the exact same experience and logged it with Meta Support and awaiting a response. 

Unfortunately I kept trying and never got it resolved.  I think I sent them a message, but have never heard back.  I'm following up.  Thanks. 

Here is the email I received from them with instructions.  Have not tried it yet.

I understand that you are currently experiencing some challenges loading up your app.

Please know that I'm here to help and will do everything I can to assist you further!

To be able to assist you better, please check the following and provide me with the information:

  • Current alias/username as it appears on your Meta account

Here are some steps for troubleshooting the headset:

  1. Check the location where apps save and here is a link that will help: Save and manage Meta Quest PC apps
  2. Power Cycle the Device
    • Hold the power button down until the shutdown options appear.
    • Power off the headset. do a full shutdown, not just a restart.
    • Wait 30 seconds.
    • Power the headset back on.
  3. Check the Mobile or PC app and update the software
  4. Log out of the account and back in
    • Hold the power button down until the shutdown options appear.
    • Power off the headset. Do a full shutdown, not just a restart.
    • Log out of the Meta Horizon mobile app.
    • Restart the mobile phone.
    • Log in to the Meta Horizon mobile app.
    • Power the headset back on.
  5. Check Network Connection
    • Move closer to their router.
    • Try a different Wi-Fi network with a stronger signal.
