My son is having trouble messaging friends on the meta quest 2. His account is a teen account (ages 13-17) I have added his account to my family center so that I can manage it. All supervision settings are off, meaning nothing should be blocked (apps, developer mode, meta quest link, social features) personal boundary is also off & voice channel is set to "everyone". He puts the headset, logs in to his account, opens up the pop up menu, in connections, when clicking on the message button, he gets the "social features have been blocked" pop up notification and can not message anyone.
