Social platform keeps stopping

Hey I’m having some problems with my headset it will give me a screen that says social platform keeps stopping and has two options app info or close app. When I press either it doesn’t do anything and it just pops up again within 15 minutes.

Usually, a factory reset can fix this issue. Can you please give that a try? Make sure you have enabled cloud backup to save your app's progress. Let us know if this resolves the issue or if you still need help!

im getting this issue and have already sent a bug report can you give me a quick fix that doesnt involve factory reset?

 

Hey there, @Caw8269, and thank you for bringing to our attention you're also experiencing the same error on your device. While we know interruptions within VR take you out of focus, we definitely want to make sure you're able to get back locked in.

Currently, there is not a quick fix, and while we know a factory reset can seem scary, other users in the community have reported this has helped to get their devices running smoothly. If there are any concerns regarding your game progress, Cloud Backup can help to save as much as possible as the game developers allow, so we do recommend giving it a try!
