Hi, 

What are my options if I missed the data software update by August 8 deadline of oculus to Meta? 

I have an an oculus account but we hadn't logged in for about a year since we were working

Yesterday, when we tried to log into the oculus account, it kept telling us to log into meta.com/device enter code.

Unfortunately nothing has popped up in our account to log in. I NEED HELP

Then we created a meta account using the same email address. But, the VR headset doesn't recognize the account. We have an Oculus Quest VR headset.
